Omurice is one of my favorite foods. It's comforting, easy to cook, and you get to draw cute pictures on it. I have plenty of fond memories associated with it too... My omurice recipe is pretty much identical to Cooking With Dog's Recipe, except I like to mix a bit of kewpie and sesame oil into my fried rice lol... My favorite thing about omurice, other than eating it, is drawing on it. I think I've gotten pretty decent at drawing with ketchup! My current approach is using a ketchup packet with its corner slightly trimmed off to doodle on the surface of the egg. This page will document all the omurice drawings I've made, with the occasional addition of omurice drawings that friends have made for me. ♪
